*Please be reminded that proposals must be approved by the school curriculum committee before being submitted to the Senate Curriculum Committee.

*Minimal Change forms must be submitted to Associate Deans. Associate Deans will submit Minimal Change to Coursedog

A Training Guide (Under Construction) will be available within the following weeks. There are several in-person training sessions for Coursedog available. The following MS Word templates are updated versions of the local submission forms you will use to send proposals through department and school curriculum committees. The forms are updated to mirror the online Coursedog forms. The local submission forms must be attached to the Coursedog proposal. Older local submission forms are acceptable to use, however the updated forms below may be easier to use.
